IRVINE, Calif., May 29 PRNewswire-FirstCall-AsiaNet - Exult, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXLT), the leading provider of integrated HR Business Process Outsourcing to Global 500 companies, today announced that John Adams has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 2, 2003.
Adams was previously Vice President and CFO for AT&T's $26 billion Business Services division.
