Who's not going to get any jam tomorrow? This is what ANATOLE KALETSKY asks G-8 finance ministers who met recently to discuss global capital's future THE recent G-8 finance ministers' meeting in Deauville, concluded, as usual, that a world economic recovery would start within "about six months". The global financial markets and business community were naturally underwhelmed by this reassurance, because governments have been making the same prediction for the past two years.
