Dr Kalam takes Bihar's leaders to the classroom.

Press Trust of India patna, May 31. - Dr Kalam today narrated his vision for the development of the country over the next 20 years and motivated the Bihar legislators to work tirelessly for the development of the state. He illustrated his points with the help of panels and maps. Dr Kalam was speaking to the legislators at Raj Bhawan in the presence of Governor V C Pande, chief minister Ms Rabri Devi, Assembly Speaker Sadanand Singh, chairman of Legislative Council Mr Jabir Hussain and scores of ministers, mlas and mlcs, both from the ruling and Opposition parties. Dr Kalam also advised the Bihar government to draw a 10-year plan for the state with emphasis on five key factors - agriculture, health, education, infrastructure development and information technology.
