[Announcer] Military reform is dogged by fiascos, internal political conflicts and absurd solutions, Defence Minister Ferenc Juhasz told his colleagues. Mark Kocsis reports;

[Kocsis] In the past eight years in Hungary every military reform attempt failed just when really important decision should have been made.
