Abstract
The purpose of this publication is to assess the needs of community technology centers (CTCs) as well as identify issues essential to CTC growth and sustainability. Ninety CTCs were identified to develop site profiles and to assess their essential needs and concerns. Site profiles included information such as location, populations served, number of people served, hardware and software capabilities, goals, assessment measures, staffing, curricula, and sustainability (funding) questions.
