Abstract

This article describes the integration of technology in a teacher preparation course in ways that support critical thinking and encourage collaborative learning. The course is a hybrid, half taught in the classroom and half online. As part of the instruction, the students experience technology integration in activities that model best use and they complete a major assignment that requires evaluations of sources online while working in a group online.
