SIMPLE PHOSPHO-PROTEIN ANALYSIS

Fast Activated Cell-based ELISA (FACE[TM]) Kits provide a simple, highly reproducible method to monitor protein phosphorylation. FACE Kits enable modification-specific analysis directly within the cell. This eliminates the need for cell extracts, gels, blotting and radioactivity, making FACE Kits the simplest phospho-specific assays available. Colorimetric and chemiluminescent kits for studying p38 MAPK, JNK, AKT, ERK and EGFR are available, with more on the way.
