Many voters in Vietnam are still unsatisfied with the questioning of government cabinet members before the National Assembly (NA), the highest lawmaking body in the country.

All ministers answering inquiries did not take individual responsibility for hotly-debated matters nor detail specific measures to solve the problems, although they all admitted weakness in management works, said lawyer Nguyen Van Hau in Ho Chi Minh City.

He gave the example of finance minister Nguyen Sinh Hung and weaknesses in addressing the practices of insurance companies in selling motor vehicle insurance recently.
