MP Denies He Was Served With Poll Petition Papers.

Fafi MP Aden Sugow yesterday denied being served with an election petition filed by Mr Barre Shill.

But Mr Shill of Narc and a process server, Mr Simon Njoroge Kagai, told the court that the MP was served on January 22 at this residence on Riara Road, Nairobi.

Before their statements, Mr Sugow and Mr Shill swore by the Koran while Mr Kagai swore by the Bible.

Lady Justice Mary Ang'awa now has to decide who is telling the truth.

If she decides that the MP was not properly served as provided by the law, the petition will be struck out.
