Whitworth, UK-based BCH Ltd. has used its processing technology to manufacture a three-vessel automatic mixing and cooking system especially designed for the confectionery industry.

The large 700-Kg batch vessels can be used for a variety of process confectionery pre-mixing, including custards, icings, sauces, desert toppings and caramels.

The vessels are skid-mounted and include a contra-rotating vessel, a heated mixer and holding tank. Moreover, the mix vessels can also be used for re-work processing.
