CANBERRA, May 1 Asia Pulse - Despite being at the centre of Australia's largest health product recall, Pan Pharmaceuticals (ASX:PPH) remains confident it will win back its suspended licence.
A senior company spokesman made the claim following a long meeting with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) last night.
"The company can get out of this," Pan director Ken Baxter said.
"We are expecting to get the licence back.
"We recognise that deficiencies have to be dealt with."
However, Mr Baxter did not say when he expected the licence to be returned.
The TGA yesterday accused Pan Pharmaceuticals of being obstructive during audits as far back as January 2001.
