MUSCAT, May 1 Asia Pulse - Malik bin Sulaiman al Maamari, Minister of Transport and Communications and the Chairman of Oman Telecommunications Company (Omantel) received Dr. Nassir bin Mohammed Maarafia, Executive President of Qatar Telecommunications Company (Q-tel).
The meeting, which was attended by Mohammed bin Ali al Wahaibi, Omantel Executive President, discussed cooperation between the two countries.
The meeting also discussed management of the telecommunications sector and opening the sector for competition.
