SARAJEVO, April 11 (ONASA) - The arrest warrant for Srebrenica war-time defense commander Naser Oric was forwarded by the ICTY to SFOR only, while BiH Federation authorities were not informed, ICTY Spokesperson in Sarajevo Refik Hodzic said on Friday.

Hodzic said the ICTY Prosecution made this decision for operative reasons, but did not explain what the reasons actually are.
