Rams escape; Riverview needs five games to advance.(SPORTS)

SARASOTA -- The advice was simple. Swing hard.

That's was what Riverview coach Keith Drake told his players going into the fifth and deciding game in its match against Orlando Dr. Phillips in the Class 6A-Region 3 semifinal.

The Lady Rams' responded to pull out a five-game victory over the Lady Panthers, 25-27, 25-21, 25-20, 20-25, 15-8, Thursday at Riverview High.

Riverview (28-1), ranked No. 3, will play the winner of the Timber Creek-Clearwater Countryside match at 7 p.m. Nov. 2. If Countryside wins, the match will be at Riverview.
