North Korean radio warns US against provoking "second Korean war".

North Korea has warned the United States that there will be "no compromise" and it will "fight to the end" if it continues moves to provoke a "second Korean war". In a radio broadcast to South Korea, it said by holding joint military exercises with the South, the United States was staging a "test war" in preparation for "moving the stage for the war on terrorism to the Korean Peninsula". It accused Washington of fuelling tension in the region at a time when US-North Korean relations were already at crisis point over the nuclear issue. Following is the text of unattributed talk entitled: "Comprehensive military operation for second Korean war" by North Korean radio broadcasting to South Korea on 2 April
