BEIJING, April 03, SinoCast -- Ministry of Information Industry (MII) of China will take strong measures this year to solve the problem of vicious competition among telecom carriers, such as conspicuous obstruction in interconnection between telecom carries' networks, war prices and improper competition, said Deputy Director of MII Bureau of Telecommunications Administration Zhang Shu during an interview yesterday.
