AUSTRALIA'S NOVERA GETS FUNDING FOR UK LANDFILL GAS EXPANSION.
PERTH, April 1 Asia Pulse - Renewable energy company Novera Energy Ltd (ASX:NVE) will be able to go ahead with its 18 megawatt expansion of its landfill gas to energy business in the United Kingdom now that is has secured debt funding.
The company said it had received debt funding offers with credit approval from two major European financial institutions providing for both asset funding and corporate debt.
"Novera Energy considers these funding offers to have moved the company towards achieving yet another major milestone for the business, being the delivery of its landfill gas power expansion program currently being undertaken in the UK and the resulting uplift in revenues forecast for 2003 and 2004," it said.
