Lloyd's Blue Mountain becomes Kinnect.

LLOYD'S has announced the first companies to sign up to Project Blue Mountain and has revealed the venture's permanent brand.
The project, which will now be known as Kinnect, has signed letters of intent with brokers Marsh and Willis and insurers ACE European Group, Amlin, Beazley and Wellington.
'These six companies represent 40% of the UK broking market and 20% of capacity at Lloyd's,' said Kinnect chief executive Ashok Gupta.
Kinnect is sponsored by Lloyd's with the intention of providing connectivity and applications to existing trading partners for a fee.
