Perhaps you assumed they were dead and gone, but communist organizations have been very active in the "peace" marches of the last few weeks. Indeed, the communist group ANSWER (defender of the Tiananmen Square massacre, the North Korean terror regime, and Marxism everywhere) has been the main organizer of the protests. Recently, the proprietor of the Bay-area Web log www.rightthinking.com attended the San Francisco peace rallies, took photos, then posted the shots on his site.

The pictures show red-blooded peaceniks marching beneath banners reading "Down with Democrats and Republicans! For a Multi-Racial Workers Party that Fights for Socialist Revolution!" The pictures confirm that dozens of socialist newspapers like Revolutionary Worker and The People are circulated at the rallies, along with left-wing classics like Mao's Little Red Book, and Live From Death Row by Mumia Abu Jamal. They capture numerous posters with swastikas and Hitler images that decry members of the Bush administration as Nazis.
