TOKYO, March 31 Asia Pulse - Ricoh co. (TSE:7752) will from Tuesday start collecting and recycling used copier toner cartridges in Hong Kong, in a tie-up with a plant in Guangdong, China, owned by Asia-Pacific Enterprise (Japan) Co., a resin recycling firm based in Tokyo, company sources said.
