European Union leaders reaffirmed a slowdown in economic growth and in job creation this year and said that economic uncertainties and world political dangers were burdening heavily on short-term prospects and delaying recovery, while noting that emphasis should be given by member-states in fulfilling their commitments on healthy macro-economic policies and structural reforms
