CORRECTION: The following correction was published on Thursday, March 20, 2003:* Rebuilding Gulf Gate Elementary School in 2001 was done at a cost of $113 per square foot. Because of incorrect information supplied by the Sarasota County School District, a story Wednesday stated that the cost was about $133 per square foot. The article also stated that the district "has streamlined how architects, contractors and furnishings are selected." School officials have not finalized changes to the selection process.
