fnWEB - Bangkok - March 13, 2003 - Thailand's second largest cinema chain, EGV Entertainment Plc, has said it is postponing an initial public offering (IPO) by three months until the second quarter.

EGV Entertainment's financial adviser, TISCO Securities said the delay was because the IPO process would not be completed on time.

The official, who declined to be identified, said Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) was likely to approve the IPO ...
