[Presenter] The Russian foreign minister, Igor Ivanov, has been visiting Afghanistan today.

The Russian foreign minister, who had visited Tehran to hold talks with the Islamic Republic of Iran's officials, left for the capital of Afghanistan, Kabul, today to hold talks with Afghan officials regarding the reconstruction of that country.
