ZooLink Corporation ("ZooLink")(OTCBB:ZLNK)(UND DEUTSCHLAND; Borse: Berlin; Symbol: ZOK.BER; WKN: 157227;) announced today that it has completed the requirements for a listing in the Standard & Poor's Standard Corporation Records.

Standard Corporation Records is a recognized securities manual for "blue sky/manual exemption" trading in approximately 35 states. The company's listing in Standard Corporation Records should assist the brokerage community in making a market for ZLNK stock. However, it is recommended that brokers check with the blue sky laws in their state.

Additionally, ZLNK will be included in Standard and Poor's Market Access Program. The public will now have access to the company's S&P Corporation Records Profile through the www.advisorinsight.com website.
