One of the nation's leading Catholic women's colleges supporting feminist educational methods and non-traditional students is seeking a new president who is not "a lifetime academic person," according to a member of its board of directors.
After 34 years as the president of Alverno College in Milwaukee WI, Sr. Joel Reed will retire in November.
