SARAJEVO, March 1 (ONASA) - Changes to the Federation Constitution, which would solve the problem of appointing Serb delegates to the House of Peoples, should be adopted by the Federation Parliament, OHR Spokesman Vedran Perisic told Dnevni Avaz.
Commenting on an initiative of the Serb delegates in the Federation House of Peoples that the OHR declares amendment which would enable the appointment of missing eight delegates in the way of forming lists of Serb people, Perisic said the adoption of amendments to the Constitution is an issue that should be solved by the Parliament.
"The authorities of the country are responsible to the people and they should serve to them. That is why this problem should be solved within the framework of institutions of the elected representatives of the people," Perisic said.
Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers Adnan Terzic said on Friday at the reception in Sarajevo organized on the occasion of March 1, BiH Independence Day, that the attempt of isolation in the area of BiH would give bad results eleven years after the referendum on sovereignty and independence of BiH, Oslobodjenje reported.
