KUALA LUMPUR, March 3 Asia Pulse - Malaysian AE Models Holdings Berhad (MAE) (KLSE:MAEM) announced that its subsidiary, Matromatic Handling Systems (M) Sdn Bhd (MATHS), has acquired the entire stake of Vitontech Sdn Bhd (VSB).
MAE said in a statement it will pay RM100,000 cash (US$26,315.79) to Mr Tan Chin Hum and Mr Tan Kim Siong for the acquisition.
