World Bank official says "Ethiopia moving in the right direction".

World Bank officials have said Ethiopia is succeeding in carrying out projects funded with the help of the World Bank.

The World Bank deputy director, Franey Lityear [phonetic], and the bank's country representative, Isack Diwan, held talks with Prime Minister Meles Zenawi this evening. Yohanes Ayalew has the detail:
