Why Must Human Resources be Nurtured? The Japanese economy remains in dire straits and hard-pressed to climb out of the current predicament despite the policy measures taken by the government. Japan overindulged during the feast of the asset-inflated bubble economy in the late 1980s, and the country is still struggling to escape from the aftereffects of the feast.
