Bobby Jenks, RHP, Angels
Jenks, 22, has a 100-mph fastball, but he still is trying to harness his power. He has shown a lack of maturity that resulted in a demotion from Class AA to Class A last season. He could be ready for the majors by next season.
Daniel Cabrera RHP, Orioles
After sprouting several inches over the winter (he now is 6-7) and adding several mph to his fastball (to around 95), Cabrera, 21, is on the rise. He could make the jump to Class A Frederick this season.
Arnie Munoz LHP, White Sox
Munoz has a good chance at winning a job in the White Sox's bullpen. He's only 20, but he throws a nasty curveball off a dazzling winter league performance.
