Large multi-national consumer products company is in search of a Credit/Collections Supervisor. Position reports directly to the Accounting Manager. Must have 4+ years' work experience in business-to-business credit analysis, collections and receivables as well as a basic level of understanding of financial statement analysis and ability to calculate financial ratios. Ideal candidate will have 4-year degree in finance, business, or accounting, NACM certification a plus. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salary to $65K.

Collections Specialist

Crowing corporation seeks a Collections Specialist. Position is responsible for timely follow-up and collection of commercial receivable accounts under the direction of immediate supervisor. Responsibilities include observing department policies and procedures and maintaining a good working relationship with all assigned customer payables personnel. Will be required to make outbound collection calls, receive and answer inbound calls from both internal and external customers, research customer disputes and facilitate resolution of these disputes through the proper channels. Customer service-oriented background and minimum I year's collections experience required, college degree preferred. Salary to $3 1K with $400/month bonus potential.

Position is responsible for collections, reviewing aging reports, cash applications and various other accounts receivable/collections functions. Requires 3+ years of commercial collections and accounts receivable experience, and the ability to read and interpret vendor contracts. Candidates should have experience with Oracle 11i or another large accounting system. Salary to $35K.
