WITH reference to L.S.M.'s complaint (NST, Jan 1), we wish to state that DiGi customers who register for the YourDiGi programme will be contacted to verify details such as their mobile phone numbers, name and IC number. After the verification progress, successfully registered customers will receive written confirmation and a YourDiGi booklet.
