THE Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has reduced its cargo handling charges by as much as 88.5 per cent even as the nation's freight forwarders have been urged to accept the new charges.

This was part of the decisions reached at the just concluded maiden congress of freight forwarders held in Lagos .Also at the congress chairman of the Central Working Committee of Freight Forwarders in Nigeria (CWCFFN), Chief Taiye Oyeniyi, stressed the need to promote cooperation and better understanding with government and non-governmental agencies, particularly Nigeria Custom Service (NCS), …
