Lubega First Off the Ramp.

National rally champion Charlie Lubega, in a Total sponsored Mitsubishi Evolution 4, will be flagged off first in the 5th edition of Caltex Havoline Energy Rally 2003 this weekend.
Lubega will be going for his second win after winning the 2000 edition.
Moses Lumala, winner of the 1999 and 2002 editions in a Caltex sponsored Toyota ST 185, will be flagged off second, ahead of Kuku Ranjit of Dembe Rally Team in a Subaru Impreza.
Emma Katto, in a Toyota ST 185, will be fourth off the ramp.
The season opener is sponsored by Caltex Oil who have pumped in Shs …
