The articles of association for an authority to oversee the development of a unified GCC electricity grid have been finalised, confirmed UAE's Minister of Electricity and Water.

The board of directors for the authority has also been finalised with a Bahraini getting the chairmanship and a Saudi national as chief executive, said Humaid bin Nasser Al Owais.
