KUALA LUMPUR, Wed. - Traffic police will launch its Ops Sikap IV on Saturday in conjunction with the Chinese New Year to reduce the number of accidents and deaths on the road.

Federal traffic police chief Senior Assistant Commissioner II Koh Hong Sun said today orders had been issued to all State police headquarters for checks on all Federal, municipal and State roads during the 15-day operation.

"We have identified accident-prone areas where police presence will be increased. I hope that drivers will be careful when returning home," he said at a Press conference in Bukit Aman. Accident-prone areas were identified …
