Hon Kwok Land Investment is expanding its Shenzhen residential portfolio to tap into the increasing demand for homes from buyers, following opening of the border for 24 hours a day.

The medium-sized developer, which has joined the stream of SAR property players switching to the mainland market, has completed and sold most of the units at its one million-square-foot luxury residential project Millennium Oasis, in Futian District, Shenzhen.

The project is located a few minutes' drive from the Lok Ma Chau-Huanggang checkpoint, where 24-hour border crossing between Hong Kong and Shenzhen was introduced early …
