Belgrade, 6 February: Serbian parliament MPs on Thursday [6 February] received a draft law on the election of MPs for the parliament of Serbia and Montenegro which envisages that the candidates for 91 seats in the federal parliament will be picked in proportion to the number of seats held by the deputy floor groups in the Serbian parliament.
