TD-SCDMA Forum to be Held in April.

BEIJING, January 28, SinoCast -- The TD-SCDMA Forum will co-hold with TD-SCDMA Industry Coalition and Institute of Telecommunications the 2003 TD-SCDMA International Summit from April 10-11, 2003 in Beijing.
