New Delhi, 31 January: In a major reshuffle in the Indian Air Force [IAF], Air Marshal M. McMahon has been appointed the new vice-chief of air staff at air headquarters here.

He replaces Air Marshal S.G. Inamdar who retired on Friday [31 January] after 40 years of distinguished service in the IAF.

In other changes effected, Air Marshal S.P. Tyagi, who is presently air officer commanding-in-chief central air command, has been shifted as AOC-in-C South Western Air Command in Ahmedabad, an official release said on …
