To bolster anti-virus protection within an enterprise, Trend Micro has come up with a flexible architecture called Enterprise Protection Strategy (EPS) to proactively plan for and manage virus outbreaks.
EPS focuses on three areas, namely prevention (attack information is sent even before the release of pattern files), damage assessment and cleanup, and outbreak lifecycle management and reporting, which monitors pre- and post-pattern file outbreak phases.
