Olympia Dukakis seemed to be all eyes during an interview the other day, engrossed in the conversation, neither hurried nor harried, and about as gentle and down-to-earth as one could imagine. The actress, an Oscar winner for her role in "Moonstruck," was one of the top stars in town for the film fest, plugging her latest movie, "The Intended," shot in a rain forest in Borneo Sept. 11, two years ago.
"It was surreal," she said. "My son lived at ground zero and I couldn't reach him for two days. Luckily he was okay, and I was able to get back for his wedding a week later, a magical, healing time."
