SPINEVISION ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT FOR DISTRIBUTION OF PLATFORM.

ATLANTA, Ga., Feb. 3 /PRNewswire-AsiaNet/ -- SpineVision, a leading company in innovative spinal technologies, announced today that it has entered into an Agreement with Osteotech Inc., one of the largest providers in human tissue and bone connective tissue, for the distribution of its unique range of spinal implants in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Effective February 1, this agreement will become exclusive after a trial period of 6 months during which both companies will collaborate to further assess the full potential of these technologically advanced devices developed and clinically validated by SpineVision in the past three years.
