BAGUIO CITY, Feb 4 Asia Pulse - This city's P601-million (US$11 million) budget for this year will allow for steady infrastructure development, enhancement of the environment, and will ensure the payment of its employees' salaries and benefits.
Mayor Bernardo Vergara, in his latest state-of-the-city-address, said Baguio has successfully determined its priority expenditures over the years owing to the city's efficient tax collection system, mainly on business and real property taxes.
