You don't have to be a college football expert to predict most of the programs that will show up near the top of the recruiting rankings after signing day (February 5). But every year, there are party crashers. So watch out, Tennessee, Texas, Southern California and the Florida gang--here's one program from each BCS league that could spike the punch bowl.
Virginia (ACC). LB Ahmad Brooks, the best of an imposing group, is back after spending a year at a prep school. The Cavs are young but already a dark-horse contender for 2003--the newcomers could celebrate multiple league titles before they're through.
