HSV-X1 Joint Venture refuels at FISC Puget Sound's Fenick Pier.(Brief Article)
Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound's Manchester Fuel Department fueled the HSV-X1 Joint Venture during the past summer at Fenick Pier.
Joint Venture was in the Puget Sound area delivering armored vehicles, soldiers, and equipment from Port Hueneme, Calif., to Tacoma, Wash., as part of the Millennium Challenge 2002 war game.
