You are undoubtedly aware of the transformation initiatives that have been underway for some time in the Navy. The overall Navy is seeking to reduce costs by $10 billion annually to provide the funds needed to recapitalize our aging fleet. NAVSUP is working hard to find its share of these funds through what we are referring to as our Transformation Initiative. There is an article on page 13 in this issue that details some of the major changes that are being instituted to help us do our part.

The Supply Corps Roadshow season is here again. OP has been to a number of locations with the latest on career management and more are on the schedule.
