HANOI, Jan 2 Asia Pulse - A chipboard mill capable of producing 16,500 cu.m each year has begun operations in the northern mountainous province of Thai Nguyen.
The mill and associated plantations were established at a cost of US$9.8 million, which was funded by Chinese official development assistance and overseen by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
