MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 9, 2003
Center for Diagnostic Imaging, Inc. (CDI), headquartered in Minneapolis, today announced the opening of two new outpatient diagnostic imaging centers - the first in the Twin Cities suburb of Maplewood, and the second in Indianapolis - expanding its total number of imaging centers to 23 nationwide.
"CDI is committed to providing patients and their physicians with convenient access to high-quality, sub-specialized diagnostic imaging," said CDI chief executive officer Robert Baumgartner. "We do this by partnering with leading radiologists and staff dedicated to excellent patient care and concise interpretations," he added.
CDI was founded in 1981 with the first outpatient imaging center in Minnesota. Since that time, the company has grown in five states. In 2003, the company is planning several centers in existing markets, including those in Minneapolis and Indianapolis, and up to three new centers in the greater St. Louis, Missouri area.
"Our longevity and continued growth are a testament to the quality of care we provide in our communities," said Dr. Kenneth Heithoff, CDI founder and chairman. ...
